This bill revokes the 2016 Methane and Waste Prevention Rule

This bill prevents the Obama administration's Methane and Waste Reduction Rule - issued by the Department of the Interior (DOI) - from taking effect.

It makes use of the Congressional Review Act, which allows Congress to revoke new rules issued by federal agencies.
