This bill would reinstate Net Neutrality

This bill nullifies the December 2017 Federal Communications Commission ruling to end Net Neutrality.

Because this bill invokes the Congressional Review Act, it is not subject to a Senate filibuster.

This bill no longer is active

The Congressional Review Act sets time limits on repealing a regulation. For this bill, the deadline was June 10.

Because the House of Representatives refused to hold a vote on it before that date, the bill effectively died.
