o Repealing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).
o Expanding Health Savings Accounts
o Providing block grants to states to subsidize health insurance for those whose health risks make them unable to obtain insurance.
o Prohibiting money provided to states or from Health Savings Accounts from being used to pay for an abortion - or for health insurance that covers abortions.
