Klecko is a former professional football player for the New York Jets and Indianapolis Colts.
In 1993 he pleaded guilty to perjury - for lying to a federal grand jury about a fraudulent insurance claim. The charge was part of a $5 million insurance fraud scheme.
He was sentenced to 3 months in prison.
